• Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Operational Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Standard Delivery: We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 working days from the date of order placed.
• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery times for expedited shipping range from 2–4 working days.

• Standard Shipping: PAN India Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders.
• COD: Extra ₹120 applied at checkout.
• Transparent pricing: The final price, encompassing all charges, will be clearly shown during checkout. There are no hidden costs applicable to any order.

• Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.
• You can monitor your shipment status using the provided tracking number on our logistics partner’s website.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain situations may cause delays:

• Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
• Public Holidays: Orders placed during or around public holidays may experience slight delays due to high order volumes and courier service schedules.
• Unforeseen Events: Natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events may impact delivery times. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
