At Swagbazy, we take pride in crafting made-to-order kidswear, ensuring every piece is designed with care and exclusivity. Since our garments are tailored specifically for each order, we request customers to kindly check the size guide and product details carefully before placing an order. However, we do provide a return option to ensure customer satisfaction.

πŸ” 1. RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Once approved, the item must pass a quality check before refund is issued.
  • The amount will be credited to the customer's original payment mode or Swagbazy wallet as store credit, valid for 12 months.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to order a different size or style are requested to place a new order proceeding with return.
🚫 We do not accept retun on customized items, End Of Season (EOSS), Black Friday or Clearance Sale.
πŸ“¬ 2. RETURN PROCESS

Email us at support@swagbazy.com within 5 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Order Number / Registered Email & Phone Number
  • Product Name
  • Pick-up Address
  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a convenient pickup from your address. After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a standard quality inspection. If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund or wallet credit within 24–48 hours after quality check completion.

πŸ’³ 3. REFUND PROCESS
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers will be required to share accurate bank details for refund processing.

Important:

  • Kindly double-check your bank details before submission. In case of incorrect information or a returned transaction, a β‚Ή250 reconciliation fee may be deducted.
  • Once processed, banks may take up to 5-8 business days to credit the amount to your account.
🚫 Please note that the additional COD charge is non-refundable under all circumstances.
🚚 4. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Steps to Report:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@swagbazy.com.
  • Attach a clear unboxing video and images showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue wallet credit.

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it’s shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Swagbazy reserves the right to refuse any return if the product does not meet the above criteria.
  • Refunds or wallet credits will be processed only after the returned item passes the quality check.
